Vehicle Inspection for Uber & Lyft Drivers in Alabama

FACT: the top reason drivers in Alabama postpone their application is the mandatory vehicle inspection.

I think we can all agree that it’s not very convenient to go to a local mechanic and get a vehicle inspection. The reasons are plentiful- it takes up time from your day, it costs money, you have to consume gas, and frankly, it can be quite frustrating. Also, the fear that the mechanic may give you a long list of recommended services can really give drivers a negative experience.

The good news is that there is an alternative to the traditional mechanic in Alabama. The alternative is RideShare Mechanic, a virtual mechanic that conducts vehicle inspections with video chat apps such as Facetime or Duo.

With this service, you can complete your inspection:

  • From wherever your car is
  • Low cost (or even Free for new Uber drivers!)
  • With extended business hours
  • In under 15 minutes
  • With a scheduled appointment or on-demand appointment

Before you schedule an appointment, also know that RideShare Mechanic:

  • Has received well over 1,500 5-star reviews on Google
  • Is a certified mechanic
  • Has completed over 30,000 inspections for RideShare Drivers
  • Offers both Lyft and Uber inspections, and provides the completed inspection form digitally
